New team member at The European Pizza Company

Ethics and Compliance Manager Teresa Vieira da Silva will help the company develop its ethics and compliance performance for even greater integrity.

Teresa Vieira da Silva, a French and Portuguese-qualified lawyer, has 20 years of international experience in both private practice and in-house roles. Specialising in M&A, banking and finance, and labour law, Teresa has a strong track record of advising on complex risk and compliance matters across various industries. In her previous role, Teresa’s expertise focused on data protection, as well as developing and leading global ethics, compliance, and risk management initiatives. As The European Pizza Company’s (TEPC) Ethics and Compliance Manager, Teresa joins the company’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) division, enhancing compliance structures, fostering stakeholder engagement and driving innovation and efficiency to ensure excellence in ethics and compliance. Teresa started in her role in March 2025.
